School Year Prayer Journey - Week 3: TRUTH
We prepared the ground. Now we keep planting.
Week 1 we planted Love.
Week 2 we planted Wisdom.
And this week, we're planting Truth.
📖 “Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” John 8:32
Our kids are surrounded by voices telling them who they should be, what they should believe, what matters, and where their worth comes from. And if we're being real, adults are too.
That's why truth matters.
Not truth used as a weapon. Not truth shouted louder than everyone else. But truth spoken in love and lived out with integrity.
🍎 Teachers & Staff
Pray for courage and wisdom to lead with truth and grace. Pray that integrity would guide our words, actions, decisions, and even the difficult conversations.
🎒 Students
Pray that our kids would recognize truth and reject the lies spoken over them or the lies they begin believing about themselves. Pray they would know who God created them to be and have the courage to be honest—even when honesty is hard.
🏡 Parents & Families
Pray for homes where truth can be spoken with love. May our children know they can ask questions, admit mistakes, tell us when they're struggling, and still know they are deeply loved.
🏫 Our Schools
Pray that truth and integrity would shape our classrooms, relationships, decisions, and leadership.
We're planting seeds we may not see grow immediately. Some of them may take years.
But we keep planting.
🌱 This week, Lord, plant TRUTH deeply in our hearts, our homes, and our schools. And help us not only speak it-but live it.
