Beyond Legalism: An Invitation to Alignment

Leviticus teaches us that deliverance is only the beginning. God didn’t just bring His people out of bondage . He brought them out so He could dwell among them. These 14 days are about learning what it means to live set apart, aligned with His presence. Holiness isn’t legalism , it’s relationship. It’s preparing our hearts to carry the glory we say we want. Freedom brings us out. Formation draws us closer. Welcome to the ArkofHopeDailyDevotions journey through Leviticus.

This 14-day journey through Leviticus is for believers who know they’ve been delivered—but sense God is calling them deeper. It’s for those who want more than inspiration; they want formation. It’s especially for leaders, parents, and everyday disciples who desire to live set apart in a world that constantly pulls them toward compromise. If you’re hungry for God’s presence and willing to let Him shape your heart, this series is for you. It’s for the ones asking, “Lord, how do I carry what You’ve placed on my life well?”

On Sunday, our last day, the town i had planned for us to explore was a Ghost town. Just about everything shut down on Sundays.

We're getting closer and closer to the end of Leviticus and I will admit to you I've been looking ahead to Numbers. Leviticus has been intense for me on a personal level. The purification process has been real and brutal. So A part of me wanted to prepare my heart for what's next.

Does my Life reflect the God who lives in me.

Leviticus Chapters 19 -20 are pretty cut and dry like we read in Chapter 18 yesterday. Don't do this....and these are the consequences if you do. I like to read them in the Nlt version because it really makes it easy to understand. None of those big words that we can pretend we don't understand and wiggle our way out of a don't or two. It's pretty simple.

Seeing Through His Truth

How we see God is sometimes through a distorted lense of what we've come to know through our personal upbringing and the lives we have lived.

A deeper Yes.

Leviticus is not the funnest book in the Bible. Yes...I think the Bible can be fun to read. There's a little bit of everything, drama, action, battles, and yes even Romance...but Leviticus is alot of rules and regulations, a book of how to do things things that on the surface no longer apply to us. We don't have to offer sacrifice as they did. The veil is torn, Christ died for our sins... But it's there for a reason.
