"I’m Ready"

Day 35 of 90 Days Thru the New Testament

Daily Reading Acts 13–15

God timed todays reading perfectly!

It's the moment Paul and Barnabas are prayed over and sent out because they were ready. God had been preparing them behind the scenes all along.

And that's how I feel today.

This moment, my ordination, has been years in the making.

Years of waiting.

Years of walking through hidden places.

Years of healing, humbling, and wondering if I'd ever get here.

I've been through seasons where I felt forgotten, overlooked, and unsure if I even heard God right.I used to joke that'd id gotten wrong,God didn't say I would be a Pastor, He meantI'd marry one. But looking back, I can see His fingerprints all over the journey. Every detour had a purpose. Every delay was part of the preparation. Every breaking was making me stronger.

It wasn't rejection...It was redirection.

It wasn't delay...It was a time for Growth.

And every quiet season was teaching me how to hear His voice in the stillness.

So today, standing here, I can finally say it with 100% certainty... I'm ready.

Not because I feel qualified. Not because I’ve arrived. But because I trust the One who called me.

Paul and Barnabas didn’t wait until everything made sense, they just obeyed. They went where the Spirit led them, and God met them there. That's the kind of faith I want to carry into this next season.

Ordination isn't about a title, it's about surrender.

It's saying, "God, whatever this looks like, wherever You lead, I'm all in."

And I am!!!

This moment isn't the finish, line it's the launching point. The waves ahead might be deep, but I've got my Anchor.

And He has never failed me yet.

It has taken a long time to get here, but I wouldn't change a thing. Every tear, every test, every hidden season brought me to this moment... The moment where I can finally stand in peace and say with my whole heart...I'm ready.
