Day 14: Blessing the School
📖 Scripture: Proverbs 16:3
"Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans."
Today, before the first bell rings, let's dedicate this entire school year to the Lord.
If you're able, walk around your school and pray. Walk the hallways, the parking lot, the playground, the bus loop, or simply stand outside the building. If you can't be there, pray from wherever you are. God hears our prayers no matter where they're offered.
Let's ask Him to prepare the ground for everything that's ahead.
🍎 Teachers & Staff
Pray over every classroom, office, bus, cafeteria, gym, library, and hallway. Ask God to give every teacher, administrator, bus driver, cafeteria worker, custodian, office staff member, and aide wisdom, strength, protection, and peace throughout the year.
🎒 Students
Pray for every student who will walk through those doors. Ask God to protect them, help them grow in wisdom and character, surround them with godly friendships, and remind them they are deeply loved and created with purpose.
🏡 Parents & Families
Pray over every family connected to your school. Ask God to strengthen homes, provide for every need, bring peace where there is worry, and help parents lead their children with love and wisdom.
As we've spent these last two weeks preparing the ground, may we remember that this school year ultimately belongs to the Lord. Every lesson taught, every friendship formed, every challenge faced, and every victory celebrated is an opportunity for Him to work.
Lord, we dedicate this school year to You. May every heart be prepared, every life be touched, and Your presence be evident in our schools. Amen.
