Daily reading Galatians 4-6
This morning Galatians 4-6 kept it going..Just Jesus..and it hit me right in the heart again. Paul was basically saying, "Stop living like a slave when Jesus already made you family." And wow...how often do I forget that? How often do I slip back into old mindsets, old pressures, old expectations acting like I have to earn what He's already given me?
Galatians 5 reminds me that freedom isn't a moment...It's a walk. A daily choosing. Choosing to say, Holy Spirit, lead me today because I can't do this on my own.Not performance. Not people pleasing. Just Jesus.
And Galatians 6 ties it all together: What I sow is what I'll grow. If I sow stress, I'll reap burnout. If I sow comparison, I'll reap insecurity. But if I sow the Spirit? I'll reap life. Real, steady, overflowing life. Even on the days I'm tired. Even when the battle was heavy last night. Even when the seeds feel small.
Don't quit sowing. Don't go back to bondage. You're a daughter, not a slave and your harvest is coming.
Just Jesus. Always.
