If he called it...He'll complete it

When God asks you to do something he equips you, provides what's needed and gives you the blueprint. Thats what I love about Exodus Chapter 36. We see it over and over again throughout scripture too. Story after story where God calls someone to do something and he equips them for the job, gifting them with the abilities. He miraculously provides what is needed whether its supplies or finances. And he lays out the plan, step by step, sometimes all at once and sometimes in pieces but he never leaves them hanging. Waiting for a moment at times but never left out to dry.

It's not just about curtains and clasps and skilled craftsmanship. It's about this simple, truth...When God calls it...He covers it.

He doesn't look at Moses and say, Hey, build Me a house. Figure it out. He doesn't look at Bezalel and say, Good luck, buddy. He doesn't ask the people to give and then forget to provide.

He equips...He provides...He gives the blueprint.

And the other thing I love about this chapter is that it says the Lord gave special skills to Bezalel and Oholiab. Not just random talent. God placed something inside them for that assignment. The gifting matched the calling. So many times when God nudges me into something new, my first thought isn't, "Oh good, I'm equipped." It's, "Lord...are You sure?" But Exodus 36 reminds me that if He gave me the assignment, He already knew my ability. If He called me to build it, He already put the tools in my hand, even if I haven't fully realized it yet.

And then there's the provision. The people brought so much that Moses had to tell them to stop. Can we just think about that for a second. They weren't scraping together leftovers. They weren't giving out of pressure. They were Willing. And God multiplied it to the point that it was more than enough.

I've seen that in my own life. Maybe you have too. There have been seasons in our lives where I've thought, There is no way this is going to work, Financially, Emotionally, Ministry wise and Logistically. But somehow it works out. Not because I had it all figured out But because when God starts something, He funds it, He backs it and He breathes on it.

And the blueprint.... ooooh, the blueprint. Sometimes He lays it out clear as day. Other times He gives just enough light for the next step. That part stretches me and sometimes stresses me out. I like the whole plan. I like knowing how it ends. I like guarantees. But God rarely gives the full drawing of the future. He gives obedience in pieces. Step by step. Nail by nail. Curtain by curtain.

But what I love the most....He never leaves me hanging. There's waiting at times. There's stretching. There are moments where you're standing there holding a hammer thinking, Am I even doing this right..

🌟 But he has never abandoned me.

    🌟 Never forgotten me.

🌟 Never left me out to dry.

If He told you to build it...He's still in it.

If He stirred your heart to give, He'll multiply it.

If He called you into something that feels bigger than you....Good! It's supposed to be. Exodus 36 isn't just about a tabernacle. It's about a God who doesn't assign tasks without equipping you to do it. He will always make a way.

If you're in a building season right now, ministry, marriage, motherhood, business, healing, whatever he has called you to...Know that....

You are not underqualified.

You are not underfunded.

And you are not alone in the construction zone.

If He called it...He will complete it.

And He's still handing out blueprints today.

So what is he calling you to do?
